Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Treatment financing is also available through CareCredit. Payment is due at the treatment visit. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 281-203-0503.

As a courtesy, we will gladly process your insurance forms. However, insurance coverage represents a direct contract between our patients and their insurance carrier, and with our office. Therefore, all fees are regarded as the personal obligation of our patients.
